Professional Skills Competition among Employees of «Kazakhoil Aktobe» LLP

To enhance employee motivation, strengthen corporate culture, promote blue-collar professions, and identify top-performing specialists, a professional skills competition was held at the Kazakhoil Aktobe field.

The competition provided an excellent opportunity for employees to demonstrate not only their theoretical knowledge but also practical skills, professional expertise, and commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality.

📌 The competition was held in two stages:

• Theoretical — assessing knowledge of the profession, regulatory documents, health and safety regulations;
• Practical — completing job-specific tasks evaluated by the following criteria:
• quality and accuracy of work;
• compliance with health and safety standards;
• timely completion of tasks;
• efficient use of equipment and tools.

💼 The competition involved employees in the following roles:

• well survey operators;
• process unit operators;
• pump and compressor operators;
• chemical analysis lab technicians;
• oil production and reservoir pressure maintenance operators, and others.
